This is neat; I like it.

I’ve compiled this list of resources to help trans* people like myself. Even if you’re not trans* and/or can’t use any of this, please reblog for the sake of others. Thanks!

Here’s the gender section of the posters my GSA will be putting up around the school!
These posters are by no means exhaustive and I only put the bare basics of each gender on the poster. If there’s a glaring error in a definition or something please tell me so I can fix it before we put these up in real life!
What everyones saying you can take away from the spring 2014 fashion show are the classic dress shirt, daytime metallic, and sportswear. Here are a just a few from this spring below
Sooooo is it weird that I say I’m bi but I’m actually probably pan? I mean, I’m attracted to both genders, but I’m also attracted to transgirls and guys. I just call myself bi because I feel like it’s rude to separate trans people into a whole different gender category. I’m bi, and it really doesn’t matter if you’re trans- you still fit into the categories of boy and girl, at least to me. I don’t know, is that weird? Should I be calling myself pan?
Trans people that fit into male or female identites don’t change your sexuality, you’re right about them still fitting the categories.
Bisexuality is the attraction to people of the same gender as you and different genders. It can also be used to describe being attracted to two different genders.
Pansexuality is the attraction to all genders (including genderfluid, agender, genderqueer, and other nonbinary identites).
The best explanation I can find about the differences of pansexuality and bisexuality is here: http://cishits.tumblr.com/post/74776036363/whats-your-description-of-the-difference-between
You should call yourself whatever word you think feels right and fits you best :)
"Beyond West, Williams, Scott, and Yamamoto, all of the following will have collections with Adidas in 2014: Raf Simons, Rick Owens, Stella McCartney, Opening Ceremony, Mark McNairy, and Topshop. That is a staggering amount of talent.
Phoebe Philo’s all-white Stan Smiths have inspired a small movement among fashion girls. Marc Jacobs took a bow in Adidas track pants this past season, giving the three stripes new context once again. Cara Delevingne, Rita Ora, and A$AP Rocky have all been rocking Scott’s wild Adidas designs.”
This said it appears Adidas may be starting to be in the lead or close with Nike in this upcoming season. Its made significant head way. Be sure to check out their trending sportswear this spring!
(for ftm be sure to also check for some sporty clothes to help with a more masculine vibe, plus it’ll be good for the summer!)
(for mtf be sure to check out the all white Stan Smiths that’s become popular among fashion girls.)
This season designers are taking a second look at vests. The looks now more relevant with tweaked proportions, fall’s elongated vests are more like sleeveless coats to wear layered over sweaters when it’s cold, and then bare-armed long into spring. Dior’s Raf Simons showed a vibrant, ultraviolet style that energized the Dior runway, and we also spotted long vests at Céline, Givenchy, and Victoria Beckham, where they functioned as unexpected, casual alternatives to standard tuxedo jackets and blazers. Could this benefit us for this season?
vests can now be incorporated in ways that can help improve both either a masculine or feminine style. Its a win win for everyone!
First up is more masculine!
or even a jean vest like http://www.aliexpress.com/item-img/Fashion-casual-two-styles-denim-men-s-blue-jean-jacket-vest/570043949.html since denim is a popular trend currently as well! I recommend finding a vest that is a long fit on you however since that’s what’s currently in and with that it’ll also hide any curves your looking to hide! See this long vest trends working with us.
With that I have to say, avoid anything that hugs tightly. Its starting to heat up and I know it’ll be a struggle hiding any curves in just a tee, another reason why a vest can be your friend, It has the potential to do what any jacket would and help with their “disappearance”.
There’s not just the fur vests but also patterned, and formal! It may not help define any figure but it adds a feminine touch with certain designs such as fur being mostly a female fashion trend! There are also long vests that give the illusion of almost being a dress, especially those that button up, so this long trend is also helping with a more feminine look! Not only that but you’ll be up to date on the latest trends and that’s got to score you some points in some way am I right?!
